QUALITY CONTROL

In Tsakalidis Analysis&Testing we apply a comprehensive and ergonomic QA/QC system. We have planned quality assurance procedures that guarantee the realibility and traceability of our test results. The analytical procedures are validated and the most critical of them are accredited according EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 international standard. 

Quality Control is a continuous process that covers all the functions of the laboratory and, among others, includes :

- regular calibration of the instruments
- regular validation with certified reference materials
- regular participation in proficiency testings
- regular analysis in blank samples
- regular analysis of control samples
- regular analysis of duplicate samples
- regular analysis of spiked samples

All the above procedures are monitored by control charts and they ensure that the analytical measurements of the laboratory are in compliance with the specifications (correctness, accuracy, reapability) required by each method.

ACCREDITATIONS

Tsakalidis Analysis&Testing Laboratories are accredited by the national accreditation body of Greece, the Hellenic Accreditation System SA (ESYD) under the terms of ELOT ΕΝ ISO/IEC 17025:2005 international standard.

The accreditation certificate no.16 was initially issued in 2001 and after successive extentions includes today a significant number of methods in its scope.

Our Laboratories are also licensed by the Greek Ministry of Food and Agriculture

for the Quality Control of Milk and Dairy Products

participate in the National Salmonella Control Programmes 

and they authorized for Oenological Operations
