The intergated control of quality is a teamwork which requires the involvement and cooperation of scientists from different specialty fields.

Based on this specific principle we have staffed our laboratory with scientists with the following specialties:
 

  3 chemists with PhD in analytical chemistry
  10 chemists with MSc
  1 veterinarian with PhD in food microbiology
  1 agronomist with PhD in pedology
  1 agronomist with MSc in pedology
  1 agronomist technologist
  1 physicist
  1 civil engineer with Msc in environment
  9 food technologists
  2 wine technologists

 

In charge of our Laboratories are distinquished scientists, with PhD thesis and publications, framed by well trained and experienced analysts.
Through our cooperation with the Greek Universities and Technological Education Institutes (T.E.I ) we choose graduates, who after a step traineeship are evaluated to continue their career with us, adopting this way our principles and our policy very soon.
